Students are more likely to take intellectual risks when they know it is acceptable to be wrong, revise their thinking, and learn through the process rather than simply producing the correct answer immediately.

At the end of the day, I believe curiosity is one of the deeply human qualities schools must protect. In a world filled with automation, instant information, and quick answers, students still need opportunities to wonder deeply, imagine possibilities, and ask meaningful questions. Helping curiosity grow may be one of the most important things educators can continue to do.
