The value of a conference, workshop, institute, or training is not the number of notes you take. It is whether anything useful changes when you return.

Choose fewer ideas

Professional learning can produce dozens of possibilities. Trying to implement everything usually creates noise. Choose the few ideas that genuinely fit your students, team, and current priorities.

Turn the idea into an action

Name one observable thing you will try, who needs to be involved, what you will watch for, and when you will revisit it.
